Social Roles & Beliefs Lab

At the Social Roles & Beliefs Lab, we investigate how beliefs about roles and beliefs about social groups contribute to social inequality and employment segregation. Our primary goal is to understand the psychological processes that contribute to the persistence of group disparities (e.g., gender gaps) in the global workforce. 
We are based at New York University Abu Dhabi.
